TRENMO (Transport, Engineering, Modelling) is a recent company, set up in September 2005, from a spin-off of the knowledge developed at Porto University Faculty of Engineering (FEUP) in the area of transportation modelling, and which was recognised by Agência de Inovação, SA (Adi) in the NEST and NEOTEC programs.
TRENMO evolved into a transport consultancy and thus focuses on its closeness to customers having offices both in Porto (September 2005) and in Lisbon (since September 2006), but its teams will travel to wherever they are needed.
TRENMO has a stake in SOMOLO, a company which was set up in November 2007 to provide services in the area of territory knowledge.
TRENMO has a permanent staff of around 20 and uses various consultants with knowledge in specific areas.
